Getting your Cotswold Eco Tub set up is easier than you think! Follow these simple steps and you’ll be soaking in no time:

1. Choose the Right Spot
Pick a level, stable surface—gravel, paving slabs, decking, or a concrete pad are ideal.Ensure:
Easy access to water
No heavy downdraft from nearby trees or buildings
2. Unpack with Care
Keep the tub on its pallet during unpacking.
Remove chimney sections from underneath the tub before lowering it from the pallet.
Hot tip: If the protective plastic is tricky to peel off, warming it gently will help!
3. Set Up the Boiler
Remove any internal packaging from the wood burner
Attach the 90° chimney section to the outlet
Stack flue sections from bottom to top and fit the heat guard
Place the grate and ash tray inside the burner
Attach the boiler door and close the drainage tap
4. Get Things Plugged In
Plug in the tub
Test LED lights and bubble system using the side control buttons
5. Fill It Up
Fill the tub until water is 15 cm from the top
Add water treatment (e.g., Clarion Spas Active Oxygen Bathing Elixir) during filling to keep water fresh
⚠️ Important: Never light the fire until the water level is above both boiler inlets at the back.
6. Fire It Up
Use dry, kiln-dried wood (≤15% moisture)
Start with kindling and build gradually
Regulate heat with the air intake vent
Do not use coal or overfill the firebox
7. Enjoy! 🛁
Replace the lid to speed up heating
Set up your steps for easy access
Relax and enjoy your Eco Tub experience!
